These included health & safety, room booking management and everything else required to run an office. It's hard to describe what Ivanka does for me in a single job description. Recently, she project managed a big commission from Vodafone - Connected Skyline at London South Bank. She was responsible for managing an exceptionally quick turnaround, delivering the installation on time and in budget with a large team. This also included collaborating with social and PR agencies to deliver on their objectives.
As a visual artist I can't always communicate what I need help with, but Ivanka is always able to identify these areas effectively. She assisted me with the logistics for numerous large scale art projects, always problem solving seemingly impossible tasks. During the stressful Covid-19 period, she went above and beyond and on her own initiative researched and applied for emergency funding from the Arts Council. This was an enormpous help in that uncertain period.
